INDIGO is the commercial point of contact and sets INDIGO retail prices. White-label presentation does not conceal legally material information: processors, processing locations and transfer mechanisms are disclosed where required.
The current site is hosted through OpenAI Sites on infrastructure using Cloudflare for execution, delivery and security. These providers may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the service.
The contact endpoint is designed to use Resend only when the corresponding server-side production credentials are enabled. When it is not configured, requests are not sent through Resend and a visible error is returned rather than silently dropping a message.
We do not name registrars, hosting resellers, certificate authorities, payment providers or cloud suppliers that have not been selected and contracted. The list will be updated before a new provider processes production customer data.
Before onboarding, we assess purpose, data, location, security, retention, data-subject support, incidents, deletion and transfer mechanisms. Where INDIGO is a processor, the customer DPA’s subprocessor approval and notice process applies. Questions: info@indigotechnologies.gr.
